Serenity Dog Spa is a full-service grooming salon designed to provide a warm, calm environment for both dog and owner. Our goal is to become a trusted, reliable, long-term resource in the overall care and well-being of your canine companion. Having over 20+ years' experience in the industry, we believe we can achieve this goal.
We pride ourselves for being educated in the art of Reiki healing as well as staying current on other helpful methods and tools to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
While your pet is in our care, we want every experience to be a positive one as grooming is essential for a happy healthy dog. We will establish the proper grooming schedule for your breed. We offer the guidance to assist you with the maintenance between groomings to achieve the style of cut you desire.
Our Opening Guidelines
We are going to be staggering appointments to ensure social distancing. So please be prompt for your appointments., If you are running late you must let us know so we can
manage our time for cleaning etc.
Our New Policies and Procedures
We are requiring that eveyone wear masks or face coverings. And no more than 2 clients in the lobby at one time. We will be cleaning in between clients. Wiping down all surfaces and door knobs throughout the day. We have hand sanitizer in the lobby for anyones use if needed.
We also are not taking on any more extra large breeds or pups that we feel are to dangerous to us or themselves.
We appreciate everyones patience in this crazy time. We want to thank everyone that has supported us and look forward to seeing all our clients again. We have missed you all very much.

Due to the ever-rising cost of doing business (rent increase, utilities, insurance, minimun wage, etc) we are forced to raise our prices somewhat effective February 1st 2021. We don’t like this anymore than you do, but it is a business move we are forced to take.
While we could cut corners, by lowering the quality of the products we use for your pets, we feel this would compromise our work, which we pride as first-class. Your pets care and wellbeing are our primary concern and we will do nothing to jeopardize that.

We are changing our policy on late arrivals. If your more than 15 mins late we will need to reschedule. This will help to ensure we can stay on time for all our clients. We do understand there are rare occasions that tardiness cannot be avoided so please call ahead to inform us of this and we will try and do our best to fit you in. This being said if we do still take your pup they may be here longer than the usually allotted time so we can stay on time for all our appointments.
No shows and frequent reschedules under 24hrs will require a deposit of($25 per pet) to make an appointment. (more than 3 times in less than 6 months)
Booking online: We understand that when you are looking at the times the appointments give you a 30 min time frame example: 9-9:30am, 10-10:30 etc. Your appointment is at 9am not between 9 and 9:30. The 30 mins time frame is designated for your pup’s bathing. Arriving after 9:15 means we no longer have the proper time allotted for his/her bath. And will need to reschedule.
We strongly encourage you to make another grooming appointment when checking out since we are booking out about 2-3 weeks in advance. This way you can have the best date and time that fits your needs.
Picking up your pup after grooming is finished. We ask that you please pick up within 30-60 mins after they are finished. If this cannot be done we must be informed prior to drop off. The last few appointments we will call ahead to let you know when they are finished please be prompted because we wrap things up around when our last appointment is finished.
If you have a time constraint please tell us when making the appointment or as soon as you know, to make sure we can stay on schedule for all appointments.
